 It’s  available on Cydia. It’s a very useful jailbreak app. It’s a replacement for the App Switcher with some additional features like:

§          *  A native iOS look and feel.

§          *  Ease in switching between the running apps.

§          *  Five different animation styles like scroll, coverFlow, wheel, rotary, time              machine, etc.

§          *   Running apps can be closed by swiping up

The tweak can be accessed using an Activator action. It’s available on Cydia for $1.99. You can find it through the ModMyi repo. The final version doesn’t provide quick access to the music controls as well as the orientation lock .
